Mike Seutter, Senior Vice President of Western Operations
Mr. Seutter has more than 20 years of supervisory and management experience in every aspect of power transmission and distribution. As Foreman and General Foreman, Mr. Seutter led multiple overhead and underground projects and set new performance and safety records while working on a doc crew for PG&E.
Mr. Seutter’s extensive project management experience contributed to successful client partnerships with Bonneville Power Administration, Puget Sound Energy, Pacific Power & Light, Portland General Electric, Commonwealth Edison, Jacksonville Electric Authority, Tennessee Valley Authority, and American Transmission Company.
As an OSHA partnership steering committee participant from 2006-2009, he helped pave the way for safer working conditions and implementing industry best practices. Mr. Seutter obtained his Masters Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University in 2008. Mr. Seutter is a current member of IBEW local 659 in Medford, OR.
Eric Sapp, Director of Safety
Mr. Eric C. Sapp, CIH, CSP serves as Director of Safety at Edison Power Constructors. Prior to joining EPC he worked as a Regional Safety Manager for Tennessee Valley Authority, the largest public power utility company in the United States. He has a wide range of experience in the utility industry, ranging from electric power generation, transmission, distribution and substation construction and maintenance.
Mr. Sapp holds both a Bachelor and Master of Science in Occupational Safety & Health from Murray State University, a Master of Science Degree in Safety Management from West Virginia University, and a Master of Science Degree in Industrial Hygiene from Montana Tech of the University of Montana. He also holds the professional designations as a Certified Industrial Hygienist and Certified Safety Professional.


Nephi Ginnett, SHRM-SCP – Human Resource Director
Mr. Ginnett joined Edison Power in December 2013 as the Human Resource Generalist, moving soon thereafter into the Human Resource Manager position. His 17 years of Human Resource Management experience includes employee recruitment and retention, staff development, collective bargaining, conflict resolution, benefits and compensation, HR records management, HR policies development and legal compliance. He has a range of experience working in large production facilities with over 2,000 employees down to small privately held companies with only a handful of employees.
Prior to joining Edison Power, Mr. Ginnett worked for GRUMA, a 5,000+ employee food manufacturer with union and non-union facilities. He obtained his Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota in 2001 and was awarded the prestigious Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) certification of Senior Certified Professional in 2015.
Mr. Ginnett’s well rounded experience with previous employers made him the perfect fit for Edison Power’s growing staff requirements. Having served as both the HR and Safety Manager for 7 years, he has attended multiple OSHA trainings. Safety is First at Edison Power and the Human Resource Department has the additional experience and training to support Edison’s mission.
Mr. Ginnett has also lived and worked internationally in Taiwan and Argentina. He speaks fluent Spanish and a little bit of Mandarin.
